Biography
The City of Steel, a fitting name considering it is home to one of Australia’s hottest up and coming young metal acts. Newcastle metal powerhouse The Storm Picturesque have been a prominent influence in the Australian metal scene since forming in early 2008. Not adhering to trends, the band has built quite the reputation with no hype or label help. This has not stopped them from supporting some of Australia’s biggest metal acts such as Parkway Drive and The Red Shore, as well as international supports including Unearth (US), As I Lay Dying (US), The Black Dahlia Murder (US), For Today (US).
